6. After discussing by email, Skype video or phone and finding out the perfect features for you, I will email you a detailed specification sheet containing all the information regarding your instrument. I need a confirmation e-mail which states that you've checked the order sheet and agree, to prevent misunderstandings.
7. After sending this confirmation, I require a down payment of 50%. You can send this by international wire transfer or PAYPAL. This information will be provided later on.
8. After receiving the down payment, I will start building your new instrument.
9. When the bass or guitar is finished, I will notify you that the balance remaining for your order is due and payable. After receiving this balance payment, I will send the instrument to your house or the requested shipping address, within 3 business days.
10. I personally assure you that there's no risk with this purchase. If you are not satisfied with the instrument, then you have the possibility to send it back to me after 7 days of testing it. I will make a wire transfer refund of the full price minus shipping cost (and in case of damage - minus the damage charge).
Every instrument comes with case, tools and certification of authenticity.
It's not possible to return custom shaped instruments.
There's a lifetime limited Guarantee on each instrument that leaves my workshop.
